Online bookings
You can arrange a session straight away by using Kiku.
Click on the Book Now button & search for an appointment that suits you across the next week. Once you’ve selected an appointment, you’ll be taken to Kiku (you’ll need to create an account if you’re new to the service).
Login to your free Kiku account & you’ll be taken to the online payment facility to confirm your appointment.
In the interest of privacy, payments will show up on your statement under our umbrella company’s name.
After your payment has been processed, you’ll a confirmation message will be sent to your Kiku account with all of the information that you’ll require for your first appointment.

If you let us know your availability we should be able to offer you a convenient appointment within the next few days. We’ll then set you up on Kiku & take payment over the phone to confirm your booking. Kiku will issue a confirmation message to your account with all of the details that you’ll need.
After your booking has been confirmed, all you need to do is log in to the relevant video calling software a couple of minutes before your allotted time & your therapist will be there to welcome you.
If you need to make any changes to your appointment
If you need to make any changes to an appointment you can do this using your free Kiku account. Alternatively, you can call or email our office to let us know. We require two working days notice of changes to allow us enough time to offer the appointment out to someone else.
If sufficient notice has been given we will arrange a refund for you of the full session price minus a cancellation fee of £2.50 (to cover card processing & administration costs), or if you’re rearranging we can transfer your payment across to your next booking.
Regrettably, in circumstances where two working days notice is not given the full session fee will be charged.
